| AN ACT concerning agriculture.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing
Section 5-530 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (20 ILCS 5/5-530) (was 20 ILCS 5/6.01a)
|

| Sec. 5-530. In the Department of Agriculture and in
|
| 8 |
| cooperation with
the Department of Commerce and Economic |
| 9 |
| Opportunity
Community Affairs.
An Agricultural Export Advisory |

| Committee composed of the following: 2
members of
the House of |
| 11 |
| Representatives, to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of
|
| 12 |
| Representatives; 2
members of the Senate, to be appointed by |
| 13 |
| the President of the Senate; the
Director of
Agriculture, who |
| 14 |
| shall serve as Secretary of the Committee; and not more
than 15 |
| 15 |
| members to be appointed by the Governor. The members of the
|
| 16 |
| Committee
committee shall receive no compensation but shall be |
| 17 |
| reimbursed for
expenses necessarily incurred in the |
| 18 |
| performance of their duties under
this Act.
