    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Community Support Systems Act is amended by 
5
changing Section
5 as follows:

    Sec. 5. Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be

cited as
the Community Support
Systems Act.
