    AN ACT concerning employment.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The School Visitation Rights Act is amended  by 
5
changing Section 45 as follows:

    Sec. 45. Violation. An
Any employer who violates this Act 
8
is guilty of a
petty offense and may be fined not more than 
9
$100 for each offense.
