| AN ACT concerning employment.
|
| 2 |
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Employment of Strikebreakers Act is amended |
| 5 |
| by changing Section 3 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (820 ILCS 30/3) (from Ch. 48, par. 2g)
|

| Sec. 3. This Act does
shall not apply to the employment of
|
| 8 |
| any person whose services are necessary to ensure that the
|
| 9 |
| plant or other property of the employer involved in the
strike |
| 10 |
| or lockout is properly maintained and protected for
the |
| 11 |
| resumption at any time of normal operations.
