| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Cigarette Tax Act is amended by changing |

| Section 30 as
follows:

| Sec. 30. Short title. This Act may be cited
shall be known
|

| as
the "Cigarette Tax Act," and may be referred to by that |

| designation.
