| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons |

Pharmaceutical Assistance Act is |

| amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:

| Sec. 1. Short title.
This Article shall be known and may be |

| cited as the "Senior Citizens

Disabled Persons Property Tax |
