    AN ACT concerning public health.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Health Care Professional Credentials Data 
5
Collection Act is
amended by changing Section 45 as follows:

    (410 ILCS 517/45)

    Sec. 45. Administrative Procedure Act.  The Illinois 
8
Administrative
Procedure Act is hereby expressly adopted and 
9
incorporated
herein as if all the provisions of the Act were 
10
included in the Act.  For the
purpose of this Act, the notice 
11
required under Section 10-25 of
the Administrative Procedure 
12
Act shall be
is deemed sufficient when
mailed to the last
known 
13
address of a party.
