| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois State University Law is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section
20-10 as follows:
|

| (110 ILCS 675/20-10)
|
| 7 |
| Sec. 20-10. Creation of Board. There is hereby created a |
| 8 |
| body politic
and
corporate which shall be styled the Board of |
| 9 |
| Trustees of Illinois State
University (hereinafter called the |
| 10 |
| Board), and which
shall operate, manage, control, and maintain |
| 11 |
| Illinois State University in
accordance with the rights, powers |
| 12 |
| and duties now or hereafter vested
by law in that Board.
