| AN ACT concerning nursing home care.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by changing
|
| 5 |
| Section 3-203 as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 3-203. Facilities for persons with disabilities or
|
| 8 |
| disorders.
In licensing any facility for persons with a |
| 9 |
| developmental
disability or persons suffering from emotional |
| 10 |
| or behavioral disorders, the
Department shall consult with the |
| 11 |
| Department of Human Services in developing
minimum standards |
| 12 |
| for
such persons.
