    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
Section

34-2.3a as follows:

    (105 ILCS 5/34-2.3a)  (from Ch. 122, par. 34-2.3a)

    Sec. 34-2.3a. Recommendations of the principal.  The 
8
principal of each
attendance center shall be encouraged to make 
9
recommendations to the
appropriate local school council

concerning all educational aspects of the
attendance center.
