| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Motor Fuel Tax Law is amended by changing |

| Section 1 as
follows:

| Sec. 1. Definitions. For the purposes of this Act the terms |

| set out in
Sections 1.1 through 1.21 have the meanings ascribed |
