    AN ACT concerning labor.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Workers' Occupational Diseases Act is

amended by changing
Section 27 as follows:

    (820 ILCS 310/27)  (from Ch. 48, par. 172.62)

    Sec. 27. This Act applies
shall apply to all occupational 
8
diseases
incurred and
deaths occurring on or after July 1, 
9
1951.
