    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by

changing
Section 1 as follows:

    Sec. 1. Definitions.)
For the purposes of this Act, the

words, terms, and phrases set forth in
Sections 2 to 23b,

inclusive, shall have the meanings prescribed in those
