| AN ACT in relation to transportation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing
Section 7 as follows:

| (620 ILCS 5/7) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.7)

| Sec. 7. "State" or "this State" means the State of |
| 8 |
| Illinois. ; and
"Department" means the Division of Aeronautics |

| of the Department of
Transportation of this State.
