| AN ACT concerning disaster volunteer leave.
|
| 2 |
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Disaster Service Volunteer Leave Act is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (5 ILCS 335/2) (from Ch. 127, par. 4052)

| Sec. 2. Definitions. As used in this Act:
|
| 8 |
| "State agency" includes all departments, officers, |
| 9 |
| commissions, boards,
institutions and bodies politic and |
| 10 |
| corporate of the State of Illinois, including the
offices of |
| 11 |
| Clerk of the Supreme Court and Clerks of the Appellate Courts,
|
| 12 |
| the several courts of the State and the legislature, its |
| 13 |
| committees or
commissions.
|
| 14 |
| "Disaster" includes disasters designated at Level III and |
| 15 |
| above in the
American National Red Cross Regulations and |
| 16 |
| Procedures.
