SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the operation of the Prevention of Unnecessary Institutionalization program under the Prevention of Unnecessary Institutionalization Act. Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $2,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the operation of the Prevention of Unnecessary Institutionalization program under the Prevention of Unnecessary Institutionalization Act.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
