| AN ACT concerning State construction bonds.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |

| Construction Bond Reduction for State Contractors Act.

| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |

| becoming law.
