| Sec. 1-1. Short title; Act supersedes Real Estate License |

| Act of 1983.
This Act shall be known and may be cited as the |

| Real Estate License Act of
2000, and it shall
supersede the |

| Real Estate License Act of 1983 repealed by this Act.
