Appropriates $2  from the Metro-East Public Transportation Supplemental Fund to the Department of Revenue for distribution for public transportation purposes.  Effective July 1, 2004.

$REVENUE-METRO EAST

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    The amount of $2, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Metro-East Public Transportation Supplemental Fund to the Department of Revenue for distribution as provided in Section 2-6 of the Downstate Public Transportation Act.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
