Reappropriates $800,000 from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of a grant to the City of East St. Louis for the repair of the Mary Brown Community Center.  Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

The amount of $800,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2004 from an appropriation heretofore made in Article 6, Section 390 of Public Act 93-587, is reappropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of a grant to the City of East St. Louis for the repair of the Mary Brown Community Center.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
