| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4566 on page 3, line |

| 13, by inserting after the period the following: |

| "The failure of the judge to inform the delinquent minor of his |
| 5 |
| or her right to petition for expungement as provided by law |
| 6 |
| does not create a substantive right, nor is that failure |
| 7 |
| grounds for: (i) a reversal of an adjudication of delinquency, |
| 8 |
| (ii) a new trial; or (iii) an appeal.".
