AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $1,800,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of State Police for DNA testing.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
