Amends the Uniform Peace Officers' Disciplinary Act. Provides that any party wishing to conduct an interrogation pursuant to the Uniform Peace Officers' Disciplinary Act must provide all required notices at least 72 hours prior to conducting the interrogation.

| AN ACT concerning peace officers.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Uniform Peace Officers' Disciplinary Act is |
| 5 |
| amended by adding Section 3.15 as follows:
|

| (50 ILCS 725/3.15 new) |

| Sec. 3.15. Interrogation of officer; notices required. Any |
| 8 |
| party wishing to conduct an interrogation of a peace officer |
| 9 |
| pursuant to this Act must provide all notices required by this |
| 10 |
| Act at least 72 hours prior to conducting the interrogation.
