Amends the School Code. | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections |
| 5 |
| 10-20.39 and 34-18.30 as follows:
|

| Sec. 10-20.39. High school vocational education electives. |

| In school districts other than elementary school districts, the |

Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the |

| the 93rd General Assembly.
