Whereas, the transaction described in 7 Section 5 will be to the mutual advantages of both parties, 8 each party shall be responsible for any and all title costs 9 associated with their respective properties. 10 Section 15. The Director of Agriculture shall obtain an 11 opinion of title from the Illinois Attorney General 12 certifying that the State of Illinois will receive 13 merchantable title to the real property referred to as Parcel 14 2 in Section 5. 15 Section 20. The Director of Agriculture shall obtain a 16 certified copy of the portions of this Act containing the 17 title, the enacting clause, the effective date, the 18 appropriate Sections containing the land descriptions of 19 property to be transferred, and this Section within 60 days 20 after this Act's effective date and, upon receipt of payment 21 or other consideration required by the appropriate Sections, 22 shall record the certified document in the Recorder's office 23 in the county in which the land is located. 24 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 25 becoming law.
