1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3758
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3758, by deleting
3 everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu
4 thereof the following:
5 "ARTICLE 1
6 Section 5. The sum of $232,700, or so much thereof as
7 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
8 Fund to the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority for
9 replenishment of a draw on the debt service reserve fund
10 backing bonds issued on behalf of Spectrulite Consortium Inc.
11 Section 10. The sum of $464,700, or so much thereof as
12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
13 Fund to the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority for
14 replenishment of a draw on the debt service reserve fund
15 backing bonds issued on behalf of Waste Recovery-Illinois.
16 ARTICLE 2
17 Section 5. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof as
18 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
19 Fund to the Illinois Farm Development Authority for the
20 purpose of interest buy-back as authorized under the Illinois

1 Farm Development Act.
2 ARTICLE 3
3 Section 5. The sum of $355,800, or so much thereof as
4 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
5 Fund to the Upper Illinois River Valley Development Authority
6 for replenishment of a draw on the Debt Service Reserve Fund
7 backing bonds issued on behalf of Waste Recovery - Illinois.
8 ARTICLE 4
9 Section 5. The sum of $275,000, or so much thereof as
10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
11 Fund to the Illinois Rural Bond Bank for ordinary and
12 contingent expenses.
13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
14 July 1, 2003.".
