1 AN ACT in relation to land.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $530.00 to the
5 State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
6 Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes
7 acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released
8 over and through the following described land in Rock Island
9 County, Illinois:

11 Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17
12 North, Range 1 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian in the
13 City of Moline, Rock Island County, Illinois, and more
14 particularly described as follows:

16 and the southeast corner of South Moline Township 80 (as
17 recorded in the Rock Island County Courthouse); thence

12 the Recorder's Office in Rock Island County, Illinois, on 21

20 with and 120.00 feet northerly of the centerline of FA Route
21 12; thence northeasterly 116.93 feet along said right of way
22 line being on a curve to the right, being concentric with and
23 120.00 feet northerly of the centerline of FA Route 12, said
24 curve having a radius of 47,532.40 feet, the chord of said
25 curve bears North 66 degrees 28 minutes 14 seconds East
26 116.93 feet, to the ending point being 120.00 feet left of
27 Station 2299+95.14 of the surveyed centerline of FA Route
28 12.
29 Section 900. The Secretary of Transportation shall
30 obtain a certified copy of the portions of this Act
31 containing the title, enacting clause, the effective date,
32 the appropriate Section or Sections containing the land

1 descriptions of the property to be transferred or otherwise
2 affected, and this Section within 60 days after its effective
3 date and, upon receipt of payment required by the Section or
4 Sections, if any payment is required, shall record the
5 certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county
6 which the land is located.
7 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effective
8 upon becoming law.
