The amount of $50,300, or so much thereof as 20 may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Comptroller 21 from the State Lottery Fund for expenses in connection with 22 the State Lottery. 23 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 24 1, 2003.
