 1        AN ACT in regard to highways.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The  Illinois  Highway  Code  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 5-701.3 as follows:

 6        (605 ILCS 5/5-701.3) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-701.3)
 7        Sec.  5-701.3.  Any county board with the approval of the
 8    Department may also use motor fuel tax moneys money  allotted
 9    to  it for the maintenance of any county highway or any State
10    highway.
