 1        AN ACT regarding aircraft.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Aeronautics Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 22 as follows:

 6        (620 ILCS 5/22) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.22)
 7        Sec.  22. "Airport hazard" means any structure, object of
 8    natural growth, or use of land, which obstructs the air space
 9    required for the flight of aircraft in landing or taking  off
10    at  any  airport  or  restricted landing area or is otherwise
11    hazardous to such landing or taking off.
