 1        AN ACT concerning higher education.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Southern Illinois  University  Management
 5    Act is amended by adding Section 15 as follows:

 6        (110 ILCS 520/15 new)
 7        Sec.  15.  Hospitality  industry  training  program.  The
 8    University  may  establish  a  hospitality  industry training
 9    program at its facility located in East St. Louis, Illinois.
