 1        AN ACT concerning local improvements.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Illinois  Municipal  Code is amended by
 5    adding Section 9-2-1.1 as follows:

 6        (65 ILCS 5/9-2-1.1 new)
 7        Sec. 9-2-1.1. Madison; toll booth replica.  The  City  of
 8    Madison  is authorized to plan and construct a replica of the
 9    Toll Booth on the Chain of Rocks Bridge in Madison, Illinois.
