 1        AN ACT in relation to family law.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section   5.  The  Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986
 5    is amended by changing Section 101 as follows:

 6        (750 ILCS 60/101) (from Ch. 40, par. 2311-1)
 7        Sec. 101.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and  may
 8    be  cited  as the Illinois "Illinois Domestic Violence Act of
 9    1986".
