2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1111 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 
4     "Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by

6 7-103.117, 7-103.118, 7-103.119, 7-103.120, 7-103.121,

11 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the

13 of property for the purpose of immediate eradication of a
14 blighted area resulting from the destruction of most
15 improvements because of fire as follows:
