The Director of the Department of Natural 27 Resources shall obtain a certified copy of the portions of 28 this Act containing the title, enacting clause, the effective 29 date, the appropriate Section or Sections containing the land 30 descriptions of the property to be transferred or otherwise 31 affected, and this Section within 60 days after its effective 32 date and, upon receipt of payment required by the Section or -15- LRB093 05548 DRJ 15781 a 1 Sections, if any payment is required, shall record the 2 certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county in 3 which the land is located.".
