The Director of the Department of Natural 4 Resources shall obtain a certified copy of the portions of 5 this Act containing the title, enacting clause, the effective 6 date, the appropriate Section or Sections containing the land 7 descriptions of the property to be transferred or otherwise 8 affected, and this Section within 60 days after its effective 9 date and, upon receipt of payment required by the Section or 10 Sections, if any payment is required, shall record the 11 certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county in 12 which the land is located. 13 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 14 becoming law.".
