 1        AN ACT concerning agriculture.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
 5    amended by changing Section 5-530 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 5/5-530) (was 20 ILCS 5/6.01a)
 7        Sec. 5-530. In  the  Department  of  Agriculture  and  in
 8    cooperation  with  the  Department  of Commerce and Community
 9    Affairs. An Agricultural Export Advisory  Committee  composed
10    of the following:  2 members of the House of Representatives,
11    to   be   appointed   by   the   Speaker  of   the  House  of
12    Representatives; 2 members of the Senate, to be appointed  by
13    the President of the Senate; the Director of Agriculture, who
14    shall  serve as Secretary of the Committee; and not more than
15    15 members to be appointed by the Governor.  The  members  of
16    the  Committee  committee  shall  receive no compensation but
17    shall be reimbursed for expenses necessarily incurred in  the
18    performance of their duties under this Act.
