The Department of Employment Security Law of 5 the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by 6 adding Section 1005-155 as follows: 7 (20 ILCS 1005/1005-155 new) 8 Sec. 1005-155. Illinois Employment and Training Centers 9 report. The Department of Employment Security, or the State 10 agency responsible for the oversight of the federal Workforce 11 Investment Act of 1998 if that agency is not the Department 12 of Employment Security, shall prepare a report for the 13 Governor and the General Assembly regarding the progress of 14 the Illinois Employment and Training Centers in serving 15 individuals with disabilities. The report must include, but 16 is not limited to, the following: (i) the number of 17 individuals referred to the Illinois Employment and Training 18 Centers by the Department of Human Services Office of 19 Rehabilitation Services; (ii) the total number of disabled 20 individuals served by the Illinois Employment and Training 21 Centers; (iii) the number of disabled individuals served in 22 federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998 employment and 23 training programs; (iv) the number of individuals with 24 disabilities annually placed in jobs by the Illinois 25 Employment and Training Centers; and (v) the number of 26 individuals with disabilities referred by the Illinois 27 Employment and Training Centers to the Department of Human 28 Services Office of Rehabilitation Services.
