The School Code is amended by adding Sections 5 10-20.37 and 34-18.26 as follows: 6 (105 ILCS 5/10-20.37 new) 7 Sec. 10-20.37. Provision of student information 8 prohibited. A school district may not provide a student's 9 name, address, telephone number, social security number, 10 e-mail address, or other personal identifying information to 11 a business organization or financial institution that issues 12 credit or debit cards. 13 (105 ILCS 5/34-18.26 new) 14 Sec. 34-18.26. Provision of student information prohibited. 24 The University may not provide a student's name, address, 25 telephone number, social security number, e-mail address, or 26 other personal identifying information to a business 27 organization or financial institution that issues credit or 28 debit cards, unless the student is 21 years of age or older. The Public Community College Act is amended 23 by adding Section 3-60 as follows: 24 (110 ILCS 805/3-60 new) 25 Sec. 3-60.
