 1        AN ACT regarding highways.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Illinois  Highway  Code  is  amended by
 5    changing Section 5-701.2 as follows:

 6        (605 ILCS 5/5-701.2) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-701.2)
 7        Sec. 5-701.2.  Any county board, with the approval of the
 8    Department, may also use motor fuel tax moneys money allotted
 9    to it for construction of State highways within the county.
