 1        AN ACT concerning agriculture.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Agricultural Statistics Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (505 ILCS 15/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 90b)
 7        Sec.  1.  Statistical  information.   The  Department  of
 8    Agriculture shall collect,  compile,  systematize,  tabulate,
 9    and  publish statistical information relating to agriculture.
10    The Said Department  is  authorized  to  cooperate  with  the
11    United  States  Department  of  Agriculture to accomplish the
12    purposes of this Act.
