 1        AN ACT in relation to housing.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The State Housing Act is amended by changing
 5    Section 8 as follows:

 6        (310 ILCS 5/8) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 158)
 7        Sec. 8.  Name of housing corporation.  The name of  every
 8    housing  corporation  organized pursuant to the provisions of
 9    this Act shall include the word "housing".
