 3    on page 2, lines 17 and 18, by replacing "holds a  substitute

 5    teacher"; and

 6    on page 2, line 19, by replacing "counted" with "considered";
 7    and

 8    on page 5, lines 26 and 27, by replacing "holds a  substitute
 9    certificate"  with  "has  served  as  a  certified substitute
10    teacher"; and

11    on page 5, line 28, by replacing "counted" with "considered".
