| 3 | | to learn of the death of Earl Ferguson, who passed away on |

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Earl Ferguson was born in Springfield to Earl M. |
| 6 | | and Evelyn (Carroll) Ferguson on October 8, 1956; he attended |
| 7 | | Athens High School; he married Mary Hill on December 28, 1978; |
| 8 | | and |
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Earl Ferguson, after high school, was a proud |
| 10 | | union member of Local 178, where he was a welder; and |
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Earl Ferguson loved the outdoors and was an avid |
| 12 | | fan of the Cleveland Browns; his favorite things were fishing, |
| 13 | | hunting, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family, |
| 14 | | friends, and his best buddies, Micah and Vinny; and |
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Earl Ferguson was preceded in death by his |
| 16 | | parents and his sisters, Brenda Papin, Linda Pedigo, and Lou |
| 17 | | Ann McCleary; and |
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Earl Ferguson is survived by his wife, Mary; his |
| 19 | | children, Teresa (Greg) Ferguson, Tanya (James) Walsh, and |
