1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3917

2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3917, AS AMENDED,

3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment

4 No. 2, on page 1, line 7, by replacing "works," with "works, as

5 well as for privately owned sewage treatment works,"; and

6 on page 1, line 11, by replacing "facilities," with

7 "industrial facilities,"; and

8 on page 1, line 13, by replacing "methods" with "methods. Upon

9 permit renewal, a determination may be made by the Agency that

10 sample results demonstrate perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl

11 substances are consistently below the minimum level (ML) of

12 quantification. If the Agency makes such a determination, then

13 the Agency may reduce sampling frequency in the NPDES permit";

14 and

15 on page 2, line 2, by replacing "works," with "works, as well
