| 3 | | line 2, after "transit", by inserting "while the product is |
| 4 | | directly in the providers' care and custody"; and

| 5 | | on page 3, line 19, by replacing "48 hours of preparation" with |
| 6 | | "72 hours from the date of shipping"; and

| 7 | | by replacing line 23 on page 3 through line 1 on page 4 with |
| 8 | | the following: |
| 9 | | "(6) Meal kit and ready-to-eat meal providers shall |
| 10 | | publish on their websites or consumer-facing platforms a |
| 11 | | link to the publicly available license and inspection |
| 12 | | findings issued by the registering local health |
| 13 | | department.". |
