3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 1, line 11, by replacing "$83,364,839,969" with

6on page 2, line 17, by replacing "$2,900,000,000" with 
7"$3,200,000,000"; and
 
8on page 3, line 14, by replacing "issued" with "authorized 
9issued"; and
 
10on page 3, by replacing lines 17 through 19 with the following:
11"Public Act 102-718 this amendatory Act of the 102nd General 
12Assembly, (vi) Bonds authorized by the changes made to Section 
137.7 by Public Act 104-8, and (vii) Bonds authorized by this
