AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4762 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4762 on page 1, by 
3replacing lines 4 and 5 with the following:
 
4    "Section 1. This Act may be referred to as the 
5Comprehensive Licensing Information to Minimize Barriers 
6Act."; and
 
7on page 36, immediately below line 16, by inserting the 
8following:
9    "Failure to obtain a certificate of relief from 
10disabilities shall not be the sole reason for denial of a 
11license specified in this subsection."; and
 
12on page 38, immediately below line 12, by inserting the 
13following:
 
14    "Section 95. Report. Nothing in this Act shall be

1construed to eliminate the reporting requirements pursuant to 
2Section 2105-205 of the Department of Professional Regulation 
3Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.".
