| 4 | | Section 5. The Autism Spectrum Disorders Reporting Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 34 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 34. Autism-specific support services information. A |
| 8 | | pediatric neurologist or any other physician who diagnoses |
| 9 | | autism in a child must provide to the child's family, at a |
| 10 | | follow-up appointment, information regarding autism-specific |
| 11 | | support services in paper form or through electronic means. |
