| 5 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |
| 6 | | Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority |
| 7 | | for a grant to Safer Pathways to support the Supportive |
| 8 | | Reentry Network Collaborative, an integrated network that |
| 9 | | unifies clinical care, behavioral health, housing, employment, |
| 10 | | identification restoration, legal benefit access, and care |
| 11 | | coordination into one accountable system that connects people |
| 12 | | who are 90 days pre-release through 12 months and beyond of |
| 13 | | post-release from incarceration to health care, behavioral |
| 14 | | health, stabilization supports, employment and housing using |
| 15 | | close-loop referrals, shared metrics, and a unified data |
| 16 | | system.
